Returns (RGA):

Should you need to return a product to Preston Phipps, you need to contact us within 30 days from the time the order was shipped in order to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number and return instructions.

  1. Please have your order number, order date and the item that you would like to return ready.
  2. If accepted, Preston Phipps will issue an RGA number and return conditions. If your RGA request is rejected, we shall indicate our reasons. Preston Phipps reserves the right to charge a restocking fee. RGA numbers are valid for 14 days from the date issued.
  3. RGA numbers must appear on the outside of the shipping carton.
  4. Once Preston Phipps receives your part(s) we will issue a credit.
