Returns (RGA)
Should you need to return a product to Preston Phipps, you need to contact us within 30 days from the time the order was shipped in order to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number and return instructions.

- Please have your order number, order date and the item that you would like to return ready.
- If accepted, Preston Phipps will issue an RGA number and return conditions. If your RGA request is rejected, we shall indicate our reasons. Preston Phipps reserves the right to charge a restocking fee. RGA numbers are valid for 14 days from the date issued.
- RGA numbers must appear on the outside of the shipping carton.
- Once Preston Phipps receives your part(s) we will issue a credit.
